Les règles du jeu — the rules of the game. We've written these to be readable. If something isn't clear, ask us. Enrolling in a course means you've read and agree to what's here.

These terms exist to make sure everyone is on the same page — you know what you're getting, we know what we're committed to. We've tried to write this the way we'd explain it in a conversation, not the way a legal department would write it for a multinational. Soyons directs. Let's be direct.
Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to anyone who uses this website, books a class, or enrols in a course at The French Skool. The French Skool is operated by Fidus Synergies LLP, 1916 TDI City, Sector 117, Mohali 140301, Punjab, India. GST: 03AAKFF2104Q1ZH.
By booking a class or making a payment, you confirm that you've read and accepted these terms. If you're booking on behalf of someone else (a family member, for example), you're confirming their acceptance too.
Enrolment & Confirmation
Your place in a course is confirmed only after payment is received and acknowledged by our team. We confirm via WhatsApp or email — whichever you used to book. Pas de confirmation, pas de place. No confirmation, no place.
Course schedules are agreed between you and Goldy before the first session. Timing adjustments can be requested but are subject to availability.
Payments via Razorpay
All course fees are processed through Razorpay, a secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and wallets. Transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR).
By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions in addition to ours. We do not store your payment details. Your payment receipt is issued automatically by Razorpay and sent to the contact details provided at checkout.

Your commitment to the process
Language learning works when you show up consistently. L'assiduité fait tout. Consistency makes all the difference. We ask that you:
- ✦ Attend your scheduled classes or give 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule
- ✦ Complete exercises and practice between sessions — classes alone are not enough
- ✦ Communicate openly if something isn't working — we want to know
- ✦ Treat your instructor with the respect you expect in return
What we commit to you
Our commitment is equally clear. We will:
- ✦ Deliver the sessions you've paid for at the agreed times
- ✦ Give honest feedback on your progress — even when it's not what you want to hear
- ✦ Adapt the teaching approach if something isn't working
- ✦ Respect your time by starting and running sessions professionally
- ✦ Give you as much notice as possible if we ever need to reschedule on our side
Course materials & intellectual property
Course materials shared during your sessions — notes, exercises, resources — are provided for your personal learning only. Pour vous, pas pour tous. For you, not for everyone. They may not be redistributed, resold, or used to teach others without our written permission.
Sessions are not to be recorded by students without Goldy's explicit consent in each instance.
Cancellations & Refunds
Our full refund and cancellation terms are covered in the Refund Policy. It's written to be fair. Please read it.
Outcomes & Results
We have helped hundreds of students pass their TEF, DELF, and TCF exams. We will give you every tool we have to succeed. But your exam result depends on your effort, your preparation, and the examination body — not on us alone.
We do not guarantee specific exam scores or immigration outcomes. We guarantee our commitment to preparing you as thoroughly as possible. Le reste, c'est à vous. The rest is up to you.
Governing law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will first be addressed through direct conversation — please reach us before escalating anything. If a formal resolution is needed, it will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Mohali, Punjab.
In practice: if something goes wrong, talk to us. We've never needed lawyers yet and we don't intend to start.
Changes to these terms
If we make meaningful changes to these terms, we'll notify active students via WhatsApp before the changes take effect. The updated date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continued enrolment after an update means you accept the revised terms.
