Refund Policy

We believe in la transparence — transparency. No fine print designed to trap you. Read this once and you'll know exactly where you stand.

The spirit of this policy

We started The French Skool because we believe language education, done properly, changes lives. When a student comes to us, we take that seriously. This policy is written to be fair — not to protect us from you, but to make sure both sides know what to expect. Bonne foi — good faith — goes both ways.

Payments & Billing

Payments for courses at The French Skool are processed securely through Razorpay — a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and wallets. All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Course fees are confirmed before payment is made. There are no hidden charges, no automatic renewals, and no surprises on your statement. Your payment confirmation is sent to the email or WhatsApp number you provide.

The Free Demo Class

Gratuit, vraiment — genuinely free. No payment is taken for the demo class. There is no obligation to continue after attending. We offer it because we believe you should know what you're signing up for before you commit.

Cancellation by You

We understand that plans change. La vie, c'est ainsi — that's life. Here's how cancellations work:

Before the course begins
Full refund, no questions asked. Contact us within 24 hours of payment for fastest processing.
Within the first 2 classes
Refund of the remaining course value minus the classes attended, less a 10% processing fee.
After 3 or more classes
No refund on completed classes. We can pause your enrolment for up to 60 days if life gets in the way.
Mid-course, genuine emergency
Handled individually. Reach Goldy directly on WhatsApp. We will always try to find a fair solution.

Rescheduling Classes

Individual class rescheduling requires 24 hours notice. Classes cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are considered attended for billing purposes, unless there is a genuine emergency.

We know that emergencies happen. If something comes up unexpectedly, message Goldy on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out. We ask only that this not become a habit — because your consistency is what drives your progress. La régularité, c'est la clé. Consistency is the key.

If We Cancel

If we cancel a class or a course for any reason on our side, you will receive a full refund or a makeup session — your choice. This has rarely happened, and we intend to keep it that way. Our commitment to you is sérieux — serious.

How Refunds Work

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days. Bank processing times may add 2–3 additional days depending on your bank.

To request a refund, message us on WhatsApp at +91 89689 80275 or email classe@thefrenchskool.com. Please include your name, payment date, and reason. You'll hear back within 24 hours.
