🎓 Course Cancellations & Refunds
You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund.
To be eligible:

The course or service must not have been accessed or substantially used.

You must provide proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or payment reference).
❌ Non-Refundable Items
Certain offerings are non-refundable, including:

Trial classes

Gift cards or promotional vouchers

Completed one-on-one sessions

Downloadable/printed materials

Customized curriculum design after delivery
🔁 Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
We may offer partial refunds if:

Only a portion of a package was used

Technical issues hindered access and we couldn’t resolve them quickly

A mistaken purchase is reported within 48 hours, and the course hasn’t been used

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

🎁 Gifts

If a course was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once your return is approved.
